The service is lovely, the rooms and bathroom are small, the food is constant without change, there is no variety in the food, the rolls were really fresh and very tasty, it's hard that there are no sockets near the dressers

It's all good just realizing that I'm paying for a full board and actually at the hotel told me that there is only breakfast and dinner that's a deception and a pity they didn't say in advance

At 703 we had a problem with the toilet from the beginning, the water did not go down well, I complained at the reception desk, but the problem continued every 3 days.

The smells in the hallways, in the bedroom, in the armchairs that the lobby is most shocking, the pool is small, the food we ate at the breakfasts only, a large part was recycled, we visited the grandchildren in another hotel and you could not compare the food batteries and the variety. And excellent when we asked for something.

Bad food, very salty, do not fill in the blanks. We got to eat half an hour before closing the dining room and almost nothing left to eat, there were no plates positions, there were no desserts, no hot food residue positions and Rtbim..hiino needs complete meals out and it's very disappointing us ...

I was very disappointed from the start we asked for rooms with balcony and suite with my son, mat room gave me back pain, and instead enjoy suffered, the carpet threadbare and blotchy causes severe cough, from dust, furniture outdated needs immediate replacement Also in the dining room does not have a lot of options for diabetics and sensitivities to milk There were no desserts for diabetics and if he had not been signs, in addition to the air conditioner shuts down at 12 pm in the lobby and you can not sit in the lobby because of the heat. Hope you get these constructive comments and you apply them to the rope, it does not want to go back, we were a big family of 20 persons.
